Site visit & assessment
A proper site visit is where most problems are avoided.
We assess access, levels, ground conditions and existing features early, including how materials and plants will be moved through the property — even in tight or awkward spaces. This allows us to plan the work around your home, not disrupt it.

Protecting access to front doors and pathways
Keeping sites safe and usable while work is underway
Managing deliveries and machinery without unnecessary mess
This stage ensures the work runs smoothly once it begins.
Design & planning
Good design is about more than appearance.
Where required, we provide sketches or scale drawings and finalise specifications before work starts.
Planning considerations, drainage, levels and materials are all agreed in advance so there are no grey areas during the build.
If a project needs to be delivered in stages, that’s planned from the outset.
Clear planning gives everyone confidence and keeps projects on track.
Project delivery
This is where standards really show.
Our sites are run in a controlled, organised way, with a consistent team on site and clear communication throughout. We take care to keep working areas tidy and to respect the fact that many of our clients are living or working on site while projects are underway.

Handover & aftercare
Finishing properly matters.
Before handover, we carry out snagging, clean down hard surfaces where appropriate and ensure everything has been completed as agreed. We don’t rush this stage — it’s an important part of the process.
